Staff was great.
Great place, easy access from freeway and very convenient to fairgrounds. Breakfast is a nice variety of choices. Staff was very accommodating.

When I went to check in, I was greeted by a rude woman. I was given a smoking room instead of non smoking and she could care less. She refused to change it. This hotel was only half full. She continued to be rude and eventually I was able to get my room. I stay in Albany 2 days a week for business and I will never be back. ...read more

For the quality rating the rooms were spacious and very nice with many convenient amenities.
The decor is a bit dated.
Overall this hotel was a really good value for the money.
